Today beside review Midphase Hosting, i also drop by midphase forums. Just to take a look at the community and also search for some user review to read at. I found this midphase forum from google instead. Their forums is actively visited by almost 6500 forum members.
A quick research through this forum, found out there is merely no angery customer, nor no one is saying “midphase sucks” kind of negative feedback thing. In general, the members is asking for support unofficially, and asking for help for problem with their website.
Other than that, also found out that midphase forums, is well maintain and organised by midphase staff, same does the forum mederators. A helpful and friendly community, i could see that. 
Midphase forum is a useful place to bring forward any issue, problem or complaints that not been solved. Likely, your issue will got attention, and someone would give you a hand. I most impress is where i see midphase staff is visiting the forum and assist members as a favour. Fantastic job!
