After weeks hosted with midphase, finally at august 1st, i faced the first downtime ever. I got the server uptime monitoring running, and once the site is down, they will email acknowledging me. And for the first time i receive downtime notification for my midphase hosted website. Quickly i rush to misphase homepage and start a email support ticket. And the downtime is bring to midphase support attention.
After about 20 minutes, i got the reply from midphase support. Although i not sure its 5 minutes earlier or not. As my outlook will only refresh and check mailbox once every 5 minutes. I been informed that its due to system maintainance work. And following are the email feedback from support team.

Well, thats explain about the site down time and not available. I can accept schedule maintenance work. As in shared hosting environment, and with almost hundred of people using the same server. It really need some serious maintenance once a while.
Shortly after that, the site is up again and running smooth. I can login to midphase cpanel as well.
